PayPal■ Payment Timing / 支払い時期A deposit is required to confirm the booking and must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.The remaining balance must be paid before the training session begins.

トレーニングは支払い完了後に開始されます。■ Booking Confirmation / 予約確定Bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment is received.
Gym reservations will be made after the deposit has been completed.予約はデポジットの支払いが確認された時点で確定します。
ジムの予約はデポジット支払い後に行われます。■ Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシーFree cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and the deposit will be retained.No-shows may be charged the full session price.セッション開始24時間前までのキャンセルは無料です。24時間以内のキャンセルはデポジットの返金は行われません。無断キャンセルの場合、セッション料金全額を請求する場合があります。■ Rescheduling Policy / 予約変更Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Changes requested within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.セッション開始24時間前まで予約変更が可能です。
24時間以内の変更はキャンセル扱いとなります。■ Late Arrival Policy / 遅刻If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival.If the client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.Session time will not be extended or refunded due to late arrival.遅刻された場合でもセッションは予定終了時刻に終了します。
遅刻による延長はできません。事前連絡なく15分以上遅刻された場合、無断キャンセルとみなす場合があります。遅刻による返金または延長は行われません。■ Facility Policy / 施設利用Clients are responsible for meeting the entry requirements of the training facility.Gym rental fees are non-refundable once booked.If access to the facility is denied due to missing identification, dress code, or other facility rules, the session may still be considered completed.トレーニング施設の利用条件を満たすことはお客様の責任となります。ジム施設利用料は予約完了後は返金できません。身分証明書の未提示、ドレスコード違反、その他施設の規則により入館できない場合でも、セッションは実施扱いとなる場合があります。■ Service Delivery Timing / サービス提供時期Training sessions are provided in person in Tokyo at the scheduled date and time.トレーニングセッションは予約された日時に東京で対面にて提供されます。■ Refund Policy / 返金についてRefunds are not available after the service has been provided.Deposits and payments are non-refundable once the training session has been scheduled and the gym reservation has been made.サービス提供後の返金は行っておりません。トレーニングセッションの予約確定後およびジム施設予約完了後は、デポジットおよび支払いの返金はできません。
